Scope of Work Installationof dishwasher, no allowance for moving or extending water / waste connections or cabinetry alterations.
Installationof dishwasher includes tap and drain extentions (up to 2 metres). Tapware must be coming up through sink. (additional charge if power point is required) Replace existing gas cook top only, no cabinetry or wiring / gas alterations. (If flexi hose is required please add addtional $40.00) Change over existing gas oven only, no cabinetry, flue or wiring alterations Change over existing unit only, no cabinetry, flue or wiring alterations Change over existing unit only, no cabinetry, flue or wiring alterations Installnew gas service, includes appliance installation, set up for 2 x gas bottles, with manual change over valve. Running up to 10mts of pipe. Owner to supply gas bottles. Installation of dual fuel stove is gas already connected. If customer has no gas onsite please refer to the gas service price above. Also electrical prices will need to be added. Install water to fridge, running pipes up to 6 mts from fridge. Price does not include power point for fridge or pressure limiting valve if required. If valve is required please allow approx $100.00 for valve cost. Replace existing rangehood only, no cabinetry or wiring alterations. Install wall mounted canopy rangehood, ducted through the roof or wall ( flat roof or ceilings only). Duct kit and cabinetry work at additional cost. Recommend Abbey Duct Kit available from Bunnings Warehouse - Approx $120.00. Installation of Island canopy ranghood. Remove existing and install new kitchen sink, price includes cutting of laminate only. Reconnection of drains and tap only included. Repace existing insinkerator or install new providing the hole in the sink is the correct size. Additional cost if power point is required. Removal of insinkerator Replace existing flick mixer tap only - single (kitchen sink) hole only. Disconnection of gas appliacne only Disposal of old appliances, to be taken at time of installation of new appliance.
